Marotta Controls’ President and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Marotta, has been appointed to the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Executive Committee for 2025. For over 100 years, AIA has been the voice of the American aerospace and defense industry. The organization plays a critical role in shaping policies, driving innovation, and supporting economic growth within the industry. Its Executive Committee, comprised of CEO-level officers from the nation’s major aerospace companies, provides strategic leadership to guide the AIA’s mission of advancing effective federal investments, promoting technological innovation, and enhancing global competitiveness.

Marotta is a third-generation leader of family-owned Marotta Controls. His father, Thomas Marotta, also served on the AIA Executive Committee and was a dedicated advocate for the aerospace community. Under Patrick Marotta’s leadership, Marotta Controls has grown to three New Jersey locations and more than 800 employees serving the top aerospace and defense contractors.
