Phases I and II of Bergen County active adult community Paris Square are sold out, but the first five listings for Phase III are live now, according to Coldwell Banker Realty.

On March 8, the residential real estate brokerage announced Anne Van Dyke of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury is listing Paris Square‘s 46 brand new condominiums.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom residences are spread across three elevator-buildings on the border of Rockleigh in Bergen County’s Northern Valley.

Construction financing for Paris Square came from Procida Funding of Englewood. The firm announced Northvale Greens LLC closed on $14.5 million in construction financing in December 2020. The loan was made on behalf of the 100 Mile Fund, which Procida Funding founder and CEO Billy Procida exclusively manages.

Northvale Greens owns and developed Paris Square. Construction was performed by Ray Reduce Development, architects were Zampolin and Associates, and interior design was provided by Deborah F. Designs.

Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes partnered with the developer on Paris Square, from initial planning through to marketing and sales of the project.

“This is a wonderful opportunity featuring low-maintenance living with full amenities in a highly desired location,” Van Dyke said in a statement. “The units are priced in the low $400,000s to the mid-$600,000s, a price range you don’t normally see in this area of Bergen County for new construction.”

Van Dyke added that HOA fees at the community are low, and that the condos are energy efficient.

Amenities at the property include a fitness center, stadium theater, kitchen and bar area, in-ground heated swimming pool, a clubhouse, putting green and more. The Rockleigh Golf Course is across the street from the development, and the surrounding area offers nearby equestrian facilities, restaurants and shopping.
