Five Star Warehousing leases industrial property in South Brunswick, BRC says

Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday that Five Stars Warehousing has leased a 211,540-square-foot industrial property in South Brunswick.The industrial real estate firm said in a news release that the 10-year lease is located at 152 Ridge Road.

Leo Esses, BRC senior vice president, represented the landlord, JMJ Munchkins. David Blitt and Robert Sager, senior vice presidents, and Peter Anderson, vice president, represented the tenant.

“We’re happy to provide a service that will benefit both the landlord and tenant,” Esses said in a prepared statement. “We had significant activity and several previous offers but we feel we landed the right tenant who could take advantage of the existing racking system with over 14,000 pallet positions, the rooftop solar system and the convenient Exit 8A location.”
