* East Brunswick
Amtec Computer Service, a computer repair company, has leased 1,400 sq. ft. from High View Harts Investment on Harts Lane. New Jersey Equity negotiated the lease transaction.
* Edison
Marlboro Computer, a software systems provider for the hotel industry, has leased 7,198 sq. ft. at Executive Plaza. Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman represented the tenant, while Sitar represented the owner, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management.
* Edison
Michaels Textile, a fabric manufacturer, has leased 1,500 sq. ft. from LCOR in Raritan Center. The company expanded from an existing 4,500 sq. ft. lease. New Jersey Equity was the broker for the transaction.

Mortgage Consulting Services, a company that writes mortgages, has leased 2,100 sq. ft. of office space in Raritan Center. The lease agreement was handled by New Jersey Equity.

Oxford Health Plans, a provider of health plans for businesses, has sub-leased 8,441 sq. ft. at 399 Thornall Street, Twin Towers at Metro Park. Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman mediated the deal for the tenant and the sub-lessor, Chemical Bank.

S.M. International, a freight forwarding firm, has leased 1,399 sq. ft. of office space from LCOR in Raritan Center. New Jersey Equity brokered the transaction.

Compact Disc World, a retail store for compact discs, has leased 4,750 sq. ft. on Route One next to the Mercer Mall. The Goldstein Group, formerly A.S. Goldstein Company, was the broker for the deal.

Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein, Watter & Blader, a law firm, has leased 14,500 sq. ft. of office space at Quakerbridge Executive Center. The firm was already leasing offices in the building, but moved to a different floor. Murray Construction handled the transaction.
* Princeton
Golden Associates, a graphic design and advertising firm, has leased 400 sq. ft. of office space at 812 State Road Route 206. The deal was handled internally, and no broker was involved.
* Somerset
CNA Insurance has leased 6,000 sq. ft. of office space at The Tower, owned by the Morris Companies. The space will house the insurance company”s legal department. Steinbock, Capon & Leff negotiated the transaction for the tenant.
* West Windsor
Clothestime, a specialty apparel retailer, has leased 3,851 sq. ft. at The Shops at Windsor Green. DKM Properties, owner, developer and manager of the property, handled the lease agreement.
