Four New Jersey press relations firms made PRNEWS’s inaugural Agency Elite Top 100 firms list, released Monday.

Violet PR in Montclair, Coyne PR in Parsippany, lotus823 in Eatontown and Paragon Public Relations LLC in Hoboken nabbed spots on the list.

“This year’s list, comprised of boutique firms, mid-sized shops and monolithic, global organizations, demonstrates that size doesn’t always matter,” the announcement said. “Many of the smaller firms have gone head-to-head against firms much larger, proving that creative concepts and execution can be accomplished by teams of any size.”

To compile the list, PRNEWS considered new products, services and expertise contenders offered over the last year, and sought out how each agency pivoted their businesses during COVID-19 and assisted their clients to do the same.

Paragon, the youngest of the four New Jersey companies recognized, dates back to just 2012. Violet PR and lotus823 were estbalished in 2010, and Coyne PR dates back to 1991.
