
Gebhardt & Kiefer PC promoted four to senior partners.
Law firm Gebhardt & Kiefer PC in Clinton has promoted four partners to senior partners: William Rudnik, Leslie Parikh, Diana Fredericks and Matthew Lyons.
Rudnik has practiced matrimonial law for 26 years. He joined the now 18 person firm as associate in 1997 and made partner in 2004. He serves on various family-law-related committees at the New Jersey State Bar Association and speaks at continuing education programs on topics including ethics, domestic violence, and custody and parenting time.
Parikh began practicing 18 years ago and joined Gebhardt & Kiefer in 2001. She became partner in 2013 and focuses her practice on employment law, civil rights litigation and municipal law. She serves on two NJSBA committees and conducts seminars for small business owners on workplace harassment.
Fredericks joined the firm in 2008 and made partner in 2013. She’s practiced matrimonial law for 13 years and specializes in collaborative divorce and divorce mediation. She has served as a parent coordinator both privately and via court appointment, and currently serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s committee on the unauthorized practice of law.
Lyons has concentrated on insurance defense, civil rights and representation of municipal government and other public entities during his 26-year tenure in law. The former Gloucester County counsel and Washington Township mayor joined Gebhardt & Kiefer as partner in 2017 after two years as senior litigator at Vigilante Law Firm in Gloucester County.
