Honor roll

Recognizing business innovations during pandemic times

Linda Wellbrock//November 29, 2021

wellbrock –

On Nov. 8, the Force For Change Awards recognized the stories and sentiments of women, men, and companies that have shaped our state through their innovations. Each honoree embodies the inner strength, perseverance, and determination necessary to rise above the challenges of life – especially during COVID-19.

As the CEO and founder of Leading Women Entrepreneurs and the Force For Change Awards, I am proud of what we do to showcase and connect leaders through this Top 25 platform. We recognize the most groundbreaking, game-changing, and innovative people and products in a variety of categories who are a force for change.

Those of us in attendance at the 2021 FFC Recognition Event had the privilege to hear from Jeffrey Hayzlett. Hayzlett is a global business celebrity, speaker, best-selling author and chairman and founder of C-Suite Network, home of the world’s most trusted network of c-suite leaders. He is the primetime television host of  C-Suite with Jeffrey Hayzlett, Executive Perspectives on C-Suite TV, and All Business with Jeffrey Hayzlett on C-Suite Radio. Jeffrey shared with all of us his incredible journey, his top leadership lessons and what he has learned about business innovations in pandemic times.

Jeffrey Hayzlet
Hayzlet –

In all aspects of our lives, the pandemic forced us to face new challenges. As hubs for top business leaders, FFC and C-Suite took on a new role as business first responders. Jeffrey’s top leadership lesson for us is, “adapt to drive and thrive!” Emerging from the pandemic better and stronger than ever, Jeffrey counseled attendees to maintain continuity and keep customers engaged, employees focused, cash flowing and spirits up.

Now more than ever, there is a human need for new ways to mingle. C-Suite and the Mastermind Alliance are here to help fulfill what Jeffrey sees as the “greater need to connect intellectually and spiritually.”

Jeffrey and his team have invited LWE to partner and to lead one of their VIP councils. We are thrilled to announce the formation of the LWA Business Mastermind Council. The network is comprised of over 1,000 C-Suite executives. Our council is open to only 50 executives and entrepreneurs and is designed to leverage the membership in pursuit of participants business objectives.

The LWA Mastermind is not about giving advice. It is a council for peer-to-peer support and relationships. This Mastermind harnesses the power of two amazing minds to create a force for change. In Jeffrey’s own words: “A masterclass teaches, mastermind transforms!”

What I have discovered through the development of the Leading Women and Force For Change platform is the cumulative brilliance of the people we encountered through this network. It is my vision that by partnering with Jeffrey and utilizing the global C-Suite platform that all who participate could be elevated not only in NJ but now through the nation and globally.

If you consider yourself a thought leader who has reach, relevancy and reciprocity, then you should join us for our first fireside Zoom chat, so we can position you in the council as a speaker and perhaps feature you through the network.

Join us on for a complimentary, virtual fireside chat to learn more about the LWA Mastermind Council. Use these credentials to join us on Zoom:
