Hudson County Community College appoints president

Hudson County Community College trustees have appointed Christopher Reber as president, effective July 1.Hudson County Community College trustees have appointed Christopher Reber as president, effective July 1.

He succeeds Glen Gabert, who is retiring after more than 25 years as president.

Reber has worked in higher education for 37 years and is currently president of Community College of Beaver County in Pennsylvania. HCCC Chairman William Netchert said Reber was chosen from several candidates after a national search.
