Colliers announced Aug. 23 it appointed two real estate veterans, Douglas Bansbach and Linda Hill, as executive managing director and senior managing director, respectively. The pair bring to Colliers more than 45 years of combined experience across investment sales, landlord representation, national tenant representation and corporate asset dispositions, and will strengthen the firm’s industrial practice across key New Jersey markets.
The Bansbach-Hill team joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield where they established reputations as respected leaders in the New Jersey industrial market.
