IPC Systems completes acquisition of Etrali Trading Solutions

Newly combined company delivers financial markets participants proven capabilities in compliance and communications.IPC Systems Inc., a provider of communication solutions and software, announced it has acquired Etrali Trading Solutions, a company focused on compliance and unified communications solutions.

The company will operate as IPC. Its global headquarters remain in Jersey City.

The new company will offer clients compliance products, an enhanced network service, advanced communication software and a global network community, according to IPC.

IPC together with Etrali’s European and Asia Pacific areas now has markets in over 700 cities in 60 countries across six continents.
