Jersey City’s The Agnes sees first residents move in, nears 75% leased

The Agnes on Jersey City’s west side is near the 75% lease mark for its 145 residences–and the first residents have already moved in, according to an announcement from developers Fields Grade and Blumberg & Freilich Equities on May 12.
