Kearny Bank taps VP, regional sales and development officer

Kendria Francis joined Kearny Bank in Fairfield as a vice president and regional sales and development officer.
Francis is responsible for providing sales-related oversight, coaching and direction to a dozen Kearny Bank branch teams in northern New Jersey and New York City as they cultivate a deeper understanding of client needs and preferences. Her appointment was announced June 21.
Francis has worked in the financial services sector for nearly 20 years, with positions including branch manager and personal banker.
“Kendria’s strong management background is well suited to this new role,” said Heather Moskal, Kearny Bank‘s senior vice president and retail banking leader. “Her sales and development experience will strongly support her responsibilities throughout the region.”
Francis is a graduate of Howard University and a member of art education nonprofit Sisters of the Arts, leadership organization Jack & Jill of America Inc., and social and service organization The Links Inc.
