The Kislak Co. wrapped the sale of Montage at Hamilton, an adult community in Hamilton, for almost $48.2 million.The Kislak Co. wrapped the sale of Montage at Hamilton, an adult community in Hamilton, for almost $48.2 million.

Kislak marketed the property for Sharbell Hamilton, an affiliate of Sharbell Development Corp.

Sales Associate Justin Lupo represented the seller. CEO Jason Pucci and Senior Vice President Jeffrey Wiener represented the purchaser, an affiliate of The Kamson Corp.

“Mercer County is a strong and growing market for multifamily properties,” Pucci said.
