Larken Associates acquires office in Branchburg

Commercial real estate firm Larken Associates recently announced it completed the purchase of a two-story, 90,000-square-foot Class B office building in Branchburg.

The building is 74 percent leased by six tenants and has roughly 22,000 square feet available for medical use.

Larken Associates said it plans to update the building’s light fixtures, flooring and walls, and is planning another facelift to the property located at 3040 U.S. 22 West.

“Branchburg Centre’s landscape will be manicured and refreshed, and the entrance facing employee parking will be renovated allowing for additional lighting and renewed signage on the east side of the building,” the firm said in a news release. “Parking lots will also be restriped with the addition of a sealcoat for long lasting results. Branchburg Centre now offers tenants 477 parking spots, a café, fitness center and spacious conference room for meetings.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.
