Lee & Associates New Jersey adds 7 to fast growing Garden State team

Lee & Associates New Jersey hired seven experienced professionals to join its fast-growing Garden State team.

Alex Previdi, Jeffrey Furey, Lori Zuck, Doug Rowe, Tim Patterson, Ryan Prince and Erin Colquhoun come on board having previously worked together at Transwestern’s New Jersey branch, Lee & Associates New Jersey announced on April 29.

Lee & Associates New Jersey is greatly expanding during this time to meet the needs of clients and respond to market demand across sectors. We look forward to continued growth as well as the progress of exciting new projects and assignments already underway.”

Founded in 2009 by Brian Lynch, Rick Marchisio and Jason Lynch, the inclusion of these new hires brings Lee New Jersey’s personnel count to more than 60 people, including agents, property managers and staff working out of three offices statewide.

Previdi joins Lee & Associates as a partner, having most recently been a senior managing director with Transwestern. His career-long focus is on industrial services, representing both individual landlords and tenants and both public and private entities. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Previdi was a vice president of Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey office.

Furey will serve as a partner. He previously worked as managing director within the New Jersey office of Transwestern. Furey focuses on industrial and office services for both landlords and tenants and brings to Lee & Associates over 40 years of commercial real estate experience. Furey joined Transwestern in 2014, previously serving as associate vice president in Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey office following his tenure at Colliers Houston. He has been a longstanding member and past president of the Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) and member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).

Zuck will serve as a partner. She previously worked as managing director within the New Jersey office of Transwestern. Zuck specializes in industrial and commercial brokerage services for corporate tenants, owners and investors, bringing to Lee & Associates over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Zuck served as a managing director for Colliers International. She has been a member of NAIOP, IOREBA and The Morris County Economic Development Group.

Rowe will serve as senior vice president. He previously worked as vice president within the New Jersey office of Transwestern with a focus in the office and health care sectors. He joined the Transwestern team in 2019 and before served as senior vice president at American Properties and a managing director at Colliers International. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Rowe has represented large corporations including American Express, COSCO, United Airlines and State Farm Insurance.

Patterson will serve as assistant vice president and previously worked as a senior associate within the New Jersey office of Transwestern. Patterson focuses on both industrial and retail brokerage services for landlords and tenants. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2018, he worked an associate at Stan Johnson Co., acquiring numerous accolades from his previous employers in the process.

Prince will serve as an associate and previously worked as an associate in the New Jersey office of Transwestern. Ryan focuses primarily on assisting corporate office users and health care providers for both landlord and tenant representation assignments. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2018, Prince worked as legislative aide for New Jersey Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker.

Colquhoun will serve as a marketing director and previously worked as a marketing coordinator within the New Jersey office of Transwestern. In this role, Colquhoun will lead marketing initiatives for Lee & Associates New Jersey. This focus will allow for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans across all service lines which will support the efforts of the capital markets, brokerage and property management teams. She joined Transwestern in 2012 as an executive assistant and in 2017 made the transition into marketing full time.
