“Love that chicken from Popeyes!”?
Levin Management Corp.(LMC) said Tuesday that another Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location was leased in Woodbridge, joining the tenant roster at St. Georges Crossing in Middlesex County.
North Plainfield-based LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 343,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center located at the intersection of heavily traveled Routes 1, 9, and 35.
Representative E.J. Moawad spearheaded the 2,500-square-foot, long-term transaction; Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty represented Popeyes.

St. Georges Crossing, Woodbridge. – LEVIN MANAGEMENT CORP.
“This well-established Popeyes franchisee was drawn to the local market’s proven history of successful quick-service and fast-casual restaurants,” Moawad said. “St. Georges Crossing, with its prime location, exposure and excellent demographics, is a terrific fit within this context. Popeyes’ menu has wide appeal, and we are excited to expand the property’s dining options with the addition of this nationally recognized chain.”
Popeyes will share a newly redeveloped, free-standing former restaurant building with an Xfinity Retail Store, which Comcast opened at St. Georges Crossing last year.
Anchored by a high-volume ShopRite, St. Georges Crossing’s strong mix of retail, restaurant and service tenants.
LMC is marketing two remaining space availabilities, for 10,300 square feet and 1,200 square feet, at the property.
