Transwestern Real Estate Services said Tuesday that Lexus of Bridgewater renewed its lease for 62,400 square feet in Bridgewater.

Located at 1EB and 1EA Chimney Rock Road, part of the Middlebrook Crossroads industrial warehouse and flex manufacturing property, the 18-building, multi-tenanted industrial complex is currently 89 percent occupied. It features upgraded roofing, signage and landscaping.

Tenants at the property range from food services to light manufacturing and recreation, including a CrossFit franchise and a basketball center.

The Transwestern industrial leasing team of Managing Directors Jeffrey Furey and Lori Zuck and Associate Matt McHale represented the landlord, Terreno Realty Corp., in the transaction.
