What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?

“The advice that I would share with future female leaders is, don’t be afraid to bring your authentic self to work. You are already enough. As soon as you walk through the threshold of an organization where you are interviewing, be yourself and be confident about the skills and talents that you bring to the table. If you try to be who you think the company wants and needs you to be, there is a possibility that you may end up working in a culture that does not align with you. This will make it very difficult to be a successful leader.”
