After more than 20 years as CEO of Modern Line Furniture, Vlad Spivak stepped down from the company’s top executive role effective February 4, 2026, marking a new chapter in the company’s leadership while continuing his journey with the organization he helped build.

The leadership change is reflected in a Certificate of Amendment filed with the State of New Jersey on February 4, 2026, identifying Albert Israilov as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Yana Katliarova as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Spivak will remain actively involved with Modern Line Furniture as Senior Director of Marketing, shifting his attention from day-to-day executive responsibilities toward marketing, SEO optimization, blogs and articles, creative writing, brand development, and other initiatives designed to strengthen the company’s presence within the commercial furniture industry.

“After more than 20 years as CEO, I feel this is the right time for the next generation of leadership to take the company forward,” says Spivak. “I’m not leaving Modern Line Furniture. I’m simply moving into a role where I can concentrate more of my time on marketing, creativity, and developing new ideas for the company.”

Albert Israilov, CEO & Partner, and Yana Katliarova, Partner & CFO, will take the lead in moving Modern Line Furniture forward. Katliarova will take the initiative across key areas of the organization, working closely with Israilov to maintain the company’s momentum and continue its development.

The transition brings new leadership responsibilities while maintaining the experience and continuity that have helped shape Modern Line Furniture over the years.
