NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. said Oct. 5 that Managing Director/Principal Chris Galiano recently inked the sale of the Clover Leaf Industrial Park in Piscataway for $10.5 million.
Located at 28 Howard St., the asset sits on 26 acres with multiple industrial buildings.
Galiano marketed this property on behalf of an undisclosed seller. Contracting Leasing Corp. purchased the property and will operate its trailer leasing business at the facility.
Piscataway’s ideal location has attracted many local, regional and national industrial companies as it offers access to a very diverse labor pool. Its proximity to Rutgers and other colleges and universities enhances its appeal, and it is in close proximity to Routes 22 and 28 and Interstate 287.
“We are pleased to have brought a new industrial company to this property,” stated Galiano. “The property features an active rail line and offers a myriad of development opportunities, making it well positioned for future expansions for all of the tenants” he added.
