NAI James E. Hanson on Thursday announced a round of deals that its veteran real estate advisor Anthony Cassano negotiated in Bergen County during the first quarter of 2020.
The deals include a 2,500-square-foot flex lease with Novus Window System at 238 High St.in Hackensack, a 2,500-square-foot flex lease with Maximum Graphics at 109 Portland Ave.in Bergenfield, a 950-square-foot medical office deal with Northern Valley Sinus and Allergy at 136 N. Washington Ave. in Bergenfield, and an 800-square-foot office lease with Whitney Street Corp. at 190 Moore St. in Hackensack. Cassano represented the tenant and landlord in all four deals.
Cassano, who has been with Hanson since 2001, has deep real estate state expertise and knowledge and is consistently relied upon by a wide range of property owners, investors, and tenants throughout northern New Jersey. Each of these recent deals speaks to the versatility and high level of adaptability that have made him a trusted real estate advisor for almost twenty years.
“Throughout my career, I have found that gaining a deep understanding of each side of the deal is critical to a successful closing,” said Cassano. “Through working closely with both senior leadership on the tenant side and building ownership on the landlord side, I was able to negotiate mutually beneficial transactions on behalf of all parties. This level of collaboration resulted in spaces that fit tenants’ specific needs and accommodated for their ongoing growth while ensuring that the landlords would have high-quality tenants occupying their spaces for years to come.”
