NAI Mertz inks industrial lease for Internet merchandise distribution company in Dayton

Mount Laurel-based NAI Mertz announced Thursday that its President, Scott Mertz, recently inked a 121,500-square-foot industrial lease transaction for Go Plus Corporation in Dayton.The commercial real estate firm said the property is located at 8 Corn Road in Heller Park South.

“Go Plus was searching for a facility that was in close proximity to both Port Elizabeth and New York City,” Mertz said in a prepared statement.  “8 Corn Road is an ideal location where it can efficiently expand its merchandise distribution business and have easy access to New Jersey’s highway infrastructure.” 

Go Plus is an Internet merchandise distribution company with locations in California and Kansas City.
