William Barrett knows that market as well as anyone in New Jersey. Barrett is the CEO of Mandelbaum Barrett, a law firm in Roseland. In his practice, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Barrett has particular expertise in dealing with dental and medical practice transitions, practice sales and purchases, associate buy-ins, startups, and the structuring of dental services organizations (DSOs) and management services organizations. In fact, he is the author of “Pain-Free Dental Deals: An Entrepreneurial Dentist’s Guide to Buying, Selling and Merging Practices” and “The DSO Decision: Winning Answers from Every Angle.”
He was also recognized during the 2023 NJBIZ Leaders in Law awards ceremony in May.
