Based in Iselin, Wasser is partner-in-charge of New Jersey, managing partner of regions at Eisner Advisory Group and a member of the Eisner Advisory Group Executive Committee. In the Garden State, that gives her responsibility for office growth, client service initiatives, talent development and day-to-day operations.

With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Wasser founded EisnerAmper’s Pension Services Group in the early 1990s and has been responsible for building that practice, which now serves more than 450 clients annually. Earlier this month, she was confirmed as a new executive committee member by the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce for the 2023-25 term.

Upon her appointment Wasser said she was honored and thrilled. “New Jersey and its business ecosystem have so much to offer its residents and businesses,” she said. Heavily involved in representing EisnerAmper in its own M&A and integration activities, over the past year Wasser has been busy on that front as the firm continued its growth with several major combinations, including with Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP, Lurie, The Hoffman Group, Lindsay & Brownell LLP, Postlethwaite & Netterville, and Morrison & Morrison.

Internally she also mentors EisnerAmper colleagues at a variety of levels and helps to onboard new staff. An active member of the AICPA, Wasser has worked with the organization in the production of employee benefit plan auditing self-study courses. She is a seasoned instructor at local and national conferences on specific audit topics and is a sought-after voice for commentary across media types when it comes to dishing on the New Jersey business climate, saving for retirement and employee benefit plan issues.
