P3 Properties taps CushWake to market The Grand in Parsippany

P3 Properties on Wednesday said Cushman & Wakefield will be its exclusive leasing agent for Morris Corporate Center 1 and 2, which was recently rebranded as The Grand.

Located at 300 Interpace Parkway and 1 Upper Pond Road in Parsippany, the two-building, Class A office complex totaling 550,000 square feet within the 31-acre campus is part of Morris Corporate Center, an iconic master-planned office development.

P3 Properties recently purchased the four-story asset, which is currently 67 percent leased to a variety of tenants including Zurich Insurance, York Risk Services, Ipsos, ICAP and Wallenius Wilhelmsen. The Cushman & Wakefield team of William O’Keefe, Charles Parmelli, Bill Brown and Joseph Ratner, based in the firm’s Morristown office, is heading the assignment to market the remaining 225,000 square feet of available space.

“The property has been completely re-imagined by P3,” said Parmelli. “The lobbies are being re-designed and updated with a truly unique grand hospitality motif and character, focused on green themes.

“Renovations will also include enhanced wayfinding and a new unique tenant lounge where employees can shoot pool, play ping-pong or work in one of the breakout rooms.”

The Grand is situated less than a mile from Interstate 80, Routes 46 and 202.
