Phase 1 of Crossings at Raritan Station now 70% leased

Accurate Builders & Developers on July 19 said its new luxury rental community, located next to the Raritan Train Station, has become the area’s destination of choice, with more than 70% of the initial phase of homes already leased and the first residents moved in.

Located at 59 Second Ave. in the Borough of Raritan, Crossings at Raritan Station debuted with 113 of its 256 total homes available to lease.

The development features a collection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Monthly rental rates start from $1,892, with grand opening incentives of up to two months free for a limited time. Immediate occupancy is available.

Tours of the community’s fully furnished model residences and resort-style amenities are available through The Marketing Directors, who Accurate Builders & Developers selected as the community’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
