NJBIZ celebrated the 2025 Health Care Heroes awards June 24 at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset. The breakfast awards ceremony drew 350 attendees to celebrate individuals and organizations across 10 categories, including Education Hero (individual and organization), Innovation Hero (individual and organization), Nurse of the Year, Public Health Hero, Volunteer of the Year, Health Care Professional, Physician of the Year, Mental Health (organization), Physical Therapy (organization), Workplace Wellness Hero (organization). Additionally, Hackensack Meridian Health CEO Robert Garrett received this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Hackensack Meridian Health served as presenting sponsor for this year’s program. Celebration sponsors included Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and New Jersey Innovation Institute.
