Ralph Lauren formally opened its new corporate office on Prism’s ON3 campus in Nutley on Wednesday. The new office was designed to foster a collaborative, connected culture and will be home to the company’s corporate teams and two of its brands: Club Monaco and Chaps.

President and Chief Executive Officer Patrice Louvet welcomed 1,000 employees into its new state-of-the-art, light-filled space with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Gov. Phil Murphy. R

Ralph Lauren has held a corporate presence in New Jersey for more than three decades. The Nutley campus is its third corporate office in the tri-state area, joining 601 W. 26th St.and global corporate headquarters 650 Madison Ave. in New York City.

Ralph Lauren occupies 100 Metro Blvd., the building immediately to the left of the ON3 entrance at the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Kingsland Streeet in Nutley, which has long been undergoing renovation. The lobby has been completely redesigned and it now features 30-foot ceilings and a new entryway to highlight the improvements at the seven-story building. It also has collaborative open workspaces, a variety of meeting rooms, showrooms, cafés and a courtyard for business and social gatherings.

The new office houses the Ralph Lauren Corporate Learning Center, a hub for learning and development courses for New York and New Jersey employees.

Outside, Prism has created a courtyard with communal areas for social and business gatherings. Further, the construction of a 2,500-space parking garage to serve both 100 Metro Blvd. and the adjacent, 15-story 200 Metro Blvd.
