After launching a podcast and video series three years ago, Brach Eichler LLC has surpassed 10,000 subscribers to its YouTube channel.
Through its Brach Eichler Talks program, attorneys from the Roseland-based law firm share timely, practical insights on issues most important to clients, such as healthcare law, artificial intelligence, tax, labor, employment, litigation and real estate.
According to Brach Eichler Director of Marketing & Business Development Linda Aschettino, new episodes are posted on average once a week, depending on the topic and current developments.
When Brach Eichler began the series, it sought out to “extend the reach of the firm’s insights and meet clients, referral sources, and business leaders in the ways they consume information today,” she said.

“Video and podcast-style content is easier to fit into a busy day, whether someone is listening between meetings, watching from their desk, or catching up while taking a walk.
“The goal was to create a more accessible, timely, and conversational way to share our attorneys’ insight on fast-moving issues across healthcare, litigation, real estate, tax, AI, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, and other areas, while helping audiences get to know the people behind that work,” Aschettino said.
As of the first week of July, there are 85 episodes of Brach Eichler Talks. The average run time for each installment is between three and five minutes.
A recent look at commercial property tax appeals hosted by attorneys Michael Rienzi and Daniel Pollak received over 1,500 views. Episodes covering the Family Medical Leave Act, employment contract renewals and Big Beautiful Bill tax changes have also been popular.
“Reaching 10,000 YouTube subscribers is an exciting milestone for Brach Eichler, and a rare one for a law firm! It reinforces that the content we share resonates with clients, business leaders, and professionals who value clear, practical legal insight in an accessible format,” Aschettino said.
She went on to say, “From a marketing and business development perspective, one of the most exciting parts of this project has been seeing the enthusiasm from attorneys across different practice areas throughout the firm who are willing to share their knowledge on topics that matter to our clients and communities.
“For me, the milestone is about more than the number. It reflects our commitment to thought leadership, client service, and staying connected in a meaningful way.”
Brach Eichler recently expanded its content strategy with a new video series aimed at unpacking the fast-moving legal landscape for business owners, executives and in-house counsel.
Hosted by litigation practice chair Keith Roberts, the program translates recent court decisions, regulatory actions and enforcement trends into practical takeaways, explanations on what happened, insights on why it matters and what clients should consider next.
NJBIZ also has a video and podcast series. Find them on:
Just a few of the topics that will be covered on “Beyond the Brief with Keith J. Roberts” include AI’s impact on litigation strategy, healthcare regulations and compliance crackdowns.
According to Aschettino, Roberts’ program is part of the broader Brach Eichler Talks umbrella.
“It is one example of how we are expanding the platform with more focused, attorney-led series,” she said.
In addition to YouTube, Brach Eichler podcasts can be accessed via Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio and Podbean.
