Hudson Regional Health hosts Aug. 20 job fair

Hudson Regional Health will host a job fair Aug. 20 at .

During the event at Shah Hall, 308 Willow Ave., attendees can participate in interviews with directors from 3-8 p.m.

While the event will take place in Hoboken, the healthcare system says it is actively for clinical as well as leadership positions across its hospital footprint, which also includes Bayonne University Hospital and Secaucus University Hospital.

Hudson Regional Health said open roles include:
  • Registered nurses: Behavioral health, critical care/ICU, emergency department, float pool, operating room
  • Allied health: Behavioral health associate, CAT scan technicians, ER technicians, radiology technicians, respiratory technicians, respiratory therapy, sterile processing technicians, surgical technicians
  • Leadership opportunities: Director of (Behavioral Health), unit manager (Behavioral Health), detox coordinator, director of quality

HRH says it plans to host additional job fair events across the system in the coming months.

Hudson Regional Health formally launched in May 2025 following approval for its acquisition of former CarePoint Health hospitals in Hudson County. Since then, the system has unveiled plans to invest about $75 million in upgrades across its hospitals. In July, it debuted a new Sleep Center in Bayonne.

Garnering much coverage, and community concern, in the spring, HRH closed Heights University Hospital in Jersey City amid financial strain at the facility and following months of scaled-back services.

Across the state, New Jersey hospitals contend with staffing challenges as persistent nursing and clinician shortages persist along with an evolving healthcare landscape. According to a recent analysis, New Jersey is one of 10 states with the largest projected RN shortages in the next decade.
