Luxury apartment firm Striker Apartment Leasing said Dec. 29 it exclusively has a new contract with Spring Street Commons at 2 Spring Street in Newark. The mixed-use development contains 84 residential units and three commercial spaces in one of Essex New Jersey’s most desirable districts.
Comprised of one and two-bedroom apartments, rent contracts range from $1750 to $3000 and become available January 2021. Amenities include a rooftop lounge, gated parking, electric car charging stations, and smart home functionality.

Commercial units include three ground floor spaces sized at 1930, 1260, and 2035 square feet. With construction completed just days ago local business owners have a clean slate to creatively pivot into the next year with new plans whether they’re moving into a larger space or downsizing.
