Sills Cummis & Gross in Newark elevated three attorneys, including one to member and two to of counsel.
Stephen Klein, a resident of the firm’s Newark office, was promoted to a member of the firm in its litigation group; Rachel Brennan, a resident of the firm’s Newark office, was promoted to of counsel in the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy reorganization group; and Matthew Canini, a resident of the firm’s New York City office, was promoted to of counsel in the firm’s litigation group.
Klein focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and is admitted in New Jersey and New York. Brennan focuses her practice on complex corporate restructurings, including large Chapter 11 cases and related proceedings and is also admitted in New Jersey and New York. Canini focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation in both state and federal courts and, in addition to being admitted in New York and New Jersey, is also admitted to practice in Florida.
