Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus to undergo ‘transformation’
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a Paris-based firm that is bringing 550 luxury apartments to Bergen County, on Aug. 22 announced Mill Creek Residential as co-developer for the first phase of project, anticipated to break ground in 2024.

The mall will be home to North America's first Nerf Action Xperience and the world's first Planet Playskool, an indoor edu-tainment facility for kids to get their hands on Hasbro games and toys like Play-Doh, Transformers, PJ Masks, Mousetrap, Spirograph and Tinkertoy.
