Patrick Jeffery, chief operating officer, T&M Associates.
Jeffery has been with T&M for nearly 10 years, starting as a principal engineer, his leadership and expertise landed him a role as operations manager of the Toms River office and subsequently the Mount Laurel office. From there, he assumed a greater leadership role as New Jersey regional operations manager.
His role on the board of directors will offer an additional opinion on the health of the company and status of key initiatives. With the appointment of Jeffery, T&M’s board consists of seven members including Chairman Gary Dahms, Lynn Spence, Fran Mullan, Mike Regan, Keith Lieberman and John Walsh.
In his role as regional operations manager, Jeffrey led operational performance for the company’s largest geography and demonstrated strong results against goals. Jeffery’s leadership, exposure to various practices and geographies and analytic mind will move the company forward and provide the leadership needed to achieve operational business goals, T&M said.
Jeffery serves as the president of the Monmouth County Society of Professional Engineers and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. He earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech University.
