When we launched the Vanguard Series earlier this year we thought it might take time for it to catch on. But to our surprise, a wide range of New Jersey businesses and institutions of higher learning were eager to participate.
Though it’s the C-suite executives who normally grab the spotlight, they would be the first to tell you the success of their companies, law firms, health care organizations and colleges and universities can only be achieved by having a strong and dedicated team working with them.
The goal of the Vanguard Series was to bring to the fore stories of the people who make these entities tick. Some are more well-known as others, but collectively they are the heart and soul of New Jersey business.
As the end of the year approaches, we decided to go back and repurpose the four Vanguard Series sections we published this year so you can revisit all these great stories in their totality.
We’re also happy to say the Vanguard Series will return in 2019 with more stories about the unsung heroes in health care, law, higher education and commercial real estate. Now that you know, we ask that you start thinking ahead about nominating one or more people from your organization whose innovations and breakthroughs in the previous year make their stories worth trumpeting to the masses.
