Vantage Commercial facilitated the sale of office and lab in Cherry Hill at 5 Allison Drive. – VANTAGE

Vantage Commercial said Aug. 5 that it sold an office building and lab in Cherry Hill.

The 4,320-square-foot facility will be utilized as a light manufacturing building with both offices and a lab. Vantage Commercial Executive Director Ken Richardson and Senior Advisor Corinne Giletto worked with both the seller, Sun Biotech, and the buyer, Hudak Infrastructure Repair Systems LLC, to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties.

Located at 5 Allison Drive, the building is easily accessible to Interstate 295 and Route 70.

Hudak Chief Financial Officer Perry Frank served as the lead party on the buyer’s side. Bill Chiu led the sale for Sun Biotech.

“Vantage was able to secure a buyer for our building very efficiently during the pandemic. This was a win/win for both us and the buyer,” Chiu stated.
