Vantage Real Estate Services said Friday it secured a lease for Your Creations Art Studio at Smithville Square in Galloway Township.

Studio owner and operator Wendy Heintz will open her doors at 45 S. New York Blvd. to the local community in the coming months.

Smithville Square boasts a strategic location offering immediate access to Route 9 and that connecti to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard. The center has been reinvigorated under new ownership, and the mall continues to gain traction in the local market for consumer products and services.

Vantage RES Director of Operations Aran Ploshansky and Senior Advisor Corinne Giletto worked closely with Heintz and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to facilitate a smooth transaction for the art studio.

“Your Creations Art Studio is a community-centered creative studio for people of all ages that offers a variety of classes including painting, woodwork, knitting, wreath making, and more. The studio is also available for birthday parties and fundraisers!” Heintz said.

“Working with Vantage has paved the way for Smithville Shopping Center into a new era of tenants fitted for the area. Their strategies have yielded three new leases in the past 12 months, half the time during the COVID-19 global pandemic and economic fallout,” said Weinblatt.
