JAG is expanding its footprint in North Jersey.

The Bridgewater-based physical and occupational therapy provider’s network of more than 170 locations throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania now includes:

John Gallucci Jr. founded the business in 2005 as a small practice in West Orange. The company specializes in general orthopedic, sports and soft tissue injuries, with a personalized treatment plan for each patient.

The 2025 NJBIZ Business of the Year finalist is also the official provider of physical therapy for several sports teams. Its partners include New York City FC, New Jersey Devils, Columbia University Athletics and Princeton University Athletics.

Jonathan Winter leads JAG’s clinic. The facility offers a range of services including concussion rehabilitation, physical therapy and spine rehabilitation.

Winter said, “As someone who’s passionate about supporting patients and helping them achieve their recovery goals, I’m excited to be in Florham Park.”

He added, “Our clinic has a wonderful team of clinicians who are dedicated to supporting each patient’s individual needs with the highest level of care. We look forward to being part of the Florham community and supporting good health for all.”

In , Shane Connors oversees operations. JAG already has another Morristown facility on Madison Avenue. 

“I’m thrilled to be leading the incredible team behind Morristown’s newest clinic, making ‘s level of care even more accessible to the community, ” said Connors. “I look forward to providing patients with the care they deserve, with a range of specialty services to serve anyone’s needs at any time.”

According to JAG, the site’s services include specialized manual therapy, return-to-sport programming and performance rehabilitation.

Last year, JAG Physical Therapy CEO John Gallucci Jr. released his latest book, “Pickleball Pickleball Pickleball: Don’t Get Hurt.”

“I’m like – this is supposed to be a social, engaging, fun opportunity. Pickleball was made not for the highest level of athlete – it is for people to socialize and engage, Gallucci said. ” … So, I said to myself, I’m doing a disservice based on my knowledge that I’m not trying to keep people on the court.”
