JAG Physical Therapy continues its growth across Monmouth County with the addition of a new clinic in Wall and a relocated facility in Hazlet.
Both announced July 21, the openings bring JAG’s Monmouth County office count to 12.
In December 2024, JAG acquired Monmouth Rehab Professionals and brought the provider’s three Central Jersey offices – including one in Monmouth County – under its banner.
Overall, the Bridgewater-based physical and occupational therapy provider operates more than 165 locations across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Located at 1861 Route 35, Unit 101, the new Wall facility is overseen by Clinical Director Emily Kaminski.
“We’re excited to open our doors in Wall, offering patient‑centered care tailored to improve the overall health and well-being of the community, and increasing our presence throughout Central Jersey,” Kaminski said in a statement.
The Wall multispecialty clinic offers personalized treatment plans such as concussion treatment and spine rehabilitation.
Located at 3047 Route 35, Clinical Director Nick Arcabascio, who joined JAG in 2021, supervises the Hazlet facility.
“From the moment someone walks through our doors, our team is focused on helping them feel stronger, move better, and get back to the life they love,” Arcabascio said.
JAG’s Hazlet office previously was located at 1 Bethany Road, Building B, Suite 27.
The Hazlet multispecialty clinic offers personalized treatment plans such as vestibular therapy, blood flow restriction training and sports medicine.
Patients do not need a referral from a doctor to begin treatment at either facility. Additionally, they can work with a therapist for up to 30 days before requiring a referral to continue services.
Following the publication of the original news of the Monmouth County clinics, JAG announced Aug. 19 that it opened its seventh Morris County facility, located at 275 Route 10 E., Suite 26, in Succasunna. Read more here.
