Vantage RES represents florist with Galloway Township retail lease

Vantage Real Estate Services said July 10 it secured a retail lease within the Smithville Square Shopping Center in Galloway Township for a florist.

The Cherry Hill-based brokerage assisted Scents of Flowers and Gifts owner and designer Dawn Rasheed with a new location for her flower and gift shop.

Smithville Square Shopping Center is easily accessible from Route 9 and connects to the White Horse Pike via Smithville Boulevard.

Aran Ploshansky, director of operations at Vantage, and Corinne Giletto, senior advisor, worked closely with Rasheed and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square to facilitate a smooth transaction for the new business.

“Aran and his team made the process of becoming part of Smithville Square very easy. I can’t wait for business to flourish here,” said Rasheed.

Prior to opening Scents of Flowers and Gifts in Galloway Township, Rasheed owned a successful flower shop in Maryland
