Vermella at Garwood Station readies for early 2021 launch

A modern living concept that has captured a strong share of the northern New Jersey rental market is readying for its next location as Russo Development will kick off pre-leasing in early 2021 for Vermella at Garwood Station.

The new community will debut with 296 apartments and 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities in the Union County borough. Initial occupancy is scheduled for early spring. Residents will also enjoy an ultra-convenient location highlighted by direct access to a NJ TRANSIT train station with service along the Raritan Valley line.

Vermella at Garwood Station will feature a collection of well-appointed studios, one- and two-bedroom residences in a distinctive four-story building. Select apartments will offer private balconies or terraces and private entrances.

Residents will appreciate the community’s extensive indoor and outdoor social and recreational amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubroom, private co-working spaces, golf simulator, two-story lobby/study, children’s playroom, resort-style pool and more. The community will be accompanied by 19,000 sq. feet of retail including restaurants, coffee shops, and other convenient service tenants. The community’s outdoor plaza will be a central landmark and communal gathering place for the town of Garwood and feature multiple activations yearly.
