In an April 7 announcement, Vision Solar of Blackwood said Greg Young was appointed as chief information officer on March 17.

Young’s goal in his position is to lead the residential solar panel installations company’s digital transformation journey by delivering cutting-edge and scalable solutions that drive business results and provide a competitive edge that differentiates it within the renewables space, in all of its current and future locations, nationwide.

Young has more than 20 years of professional experience within the information technology industry. Prior to joining Vision Solar, he served as chief information officer and global vice president for Hardinge Inc. It was there that Young created a proven successful record in integrating scalable technology solutions.
