Is your company one of the best places to work in New Jersey? Do you want everyone to know? Then register your business for NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2023. 

Conducted by fellow BridgeTower Media firm Best Companies Group, this research-driven program examines your company’s practices, programs and benefits and surveys your employees for their perspective. Because who would know better than your own team? 

Companies that meet certain criteria are then considered the Best Places to Work in the state. 

The program recognizes honorees across small (15 – 49 employees), medium (50 – 249 employees) and large (more than 250 employees) employers.

The Best Companies Group research team pulled together some interesting finds about the program:

• Two companies have made the list 16 times since 2006: Holy Name and WilkinGuttenplan.
• Three companies have made the list 15 times: Edward Jones, Friedman LLP and Gibbons PC.
• Edward Jones has the longest streak occupying the top spot in its category, at four times.
• Foster McKay topped the list in its category three times.
• 468 companies have made the list at least once since the program began.
