Three months after 15 lawyers and four legal professionals joined Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP from a dwindling Budd Larner, three more attorneys have joined the firm as Budd Larner shutters its doors.
Jonathan Gray joined the New Brunswick office as partner, and Mark Larner and Frank Biancola have joined the Madison office as counsel and special counsel, respectively.
Gray focuses his practice on business and corporate law, handling matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and finance, venture capital and private equity matters, joint ventures and strategic alliances, credit facilities and loans, public securities filings, corporate governance, IP licenses and other business contracts.
Larner also focuses on business and corporate law, specifically in industries including technology, transportation, real estate, health care and professional services. He also represents private equity firms in regard to acquisition, business operations and governance of portfolio companies.
Biancola focuses his practice on real estate, handling complex commercial and industrial real estate transactions, including leasing, mortgage based financing, and purchases and sales of real estate.
With the recent boosts from Budd Larner, Windels Marx’s New Jersey presence has grown to more than 70 attorneys and more than 150 lawyers firm wide.
