Wingstop and Monmouth Spine & Wellness are joining the lineup at Lincoln Plaza in Rahway.
The aviation-themed chicken chain committed to 1,320 square feet, while the wellness center took 981 square feet, according to Bussel Realty Corp., the Edison-based real estate brokerage that handled the lease agreements.
Founded 30 years ago, Wingstop specializes in chicken wings, tenders and sandwiches. It features a décor inspired by the pre-jet era of the 1930s and 1940s. Wingstop’s menu of classic and boneless wings are available in nearly a dozen flavors, like Cajun, hot, Hawaiian, garlic parmesan, hickory smoked barbecue and mango habanero.
The Texas-headquartered brand’s global footprint of 2,215 restaurants includes 30 locations across New Jersey. The new Rahway outpost expects to debut this summer, according to BRC.
Meanwhile, Monmouth Spine & Wellness is scheduled to open its doors this month. The new spot joins the brand’s existing locations in Colonia and Manalapan.
The facility will treat a wide range of health conditions, offering treatments such as chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture and pain management.

Located at 88-160 Route 27, the 13,468-square foot plaza is part of a busy retail corridor near Routes 1, 9 and 35. It is also close to near big chains, like Wawa, KFC, Home Depot, Wendy’s and LA Fitness.
Eric Koons, vice president of BRC’s retail services, commented, “We are thrilled to welcome Wingstop to Lincoln Plaza and are confident that their exceptional food and catering offerings will resonate well with the local community.”
“As we continue the journey of repositioning this prestigious asset located in the heart of the Route 27 retail district, ownership remains committed to delivering exceptional options to the local community for shopping and dining while fostering a dynamic and thriving environment for businesses to thrive,” Koons said.
