Civil litigator Jennifer Kurtz will lead the practice. Kurtz, who has an extensive background in debtor-creditor issues, in an appellate advocate and is experienced in estate planning, real estate law, and employment and business law matters.

Prior to joining Wisniewski, Kurtz served as designated appellate counsel for the Office of the Public Defender, ran a solo bankruptcy law practice in South River and was a litigator with the international firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, D.C., where she handled white-collar defense, government investigations and construction matters.
