Woodmont Properties hosted a ribbon cutting celebration on Thursday for Woodmont Bay Club, a new community in Bayonne.
The 220-residence, four-story community has waterfront views and features studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, up to 1,500 square feet in size.
