The Plaza Grande, which will deliver a luxury 55-plus rental community, is racing toward the finish line following two decades of development efforts in Cherry Hill.
A little more than a year – 400 days, to be precise – since taking possession of the property, Procida Funding & Advisors announced its imminent arrival March 21. Additionally, the direct commercial real estate lender and advisory firm highlighted its leasing success at 700 Citation Lane.
Averaging 15 transactions a month, Procida Funding said the figure is more than 100% over the national average.
Located at Haddonfield Road and Chapel Avenue, The Plaza Grande marks the final phase of the billion-dollar redevelopment of the former Garden State Park racetrack.
Evangeline Gambardella, Jim Onesti, and Jamie Quinn of Keller Williams lead The Plaza Grande leasing team.
The Plaza Grande’s 283 units offer one-, two- or three-bedroom layouts. Amenities include an 18,500-square-foot clubhouse with indoor saltwater pool, golf simulator, movie theater, social lounges, fitness center and yoga studio. Outdoors, a resort-style pool with gas grills and fire pits as well as bocce ball and tennis courts are available for residents.
“Evangeline, Jim, and Jamie have set a new gold standard in leasing through their dedication, deep market knowledge, and client-first approach. Their commitment to excellence is the driving force behind The Plaza Grande’s continued success,” said Billy Procida, founder and CEO of Procida Funding and Advisors.
Procida Funding highlighted the diversity of housing options available at the 1.2 million-square-foot Garden State Park, such as condominiums and rentals; as well as retail options like Home Goods, The Home Depot, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans, TJ Maxx and The Cheesecake Factory.
