Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said on May 3 that it chose Silbert Realty & Management Co. as the exclusive leasing agent for Summit Plaza, a grocery-anchored retail center in Hackensack.
Silbert Realty & Management Co. President and Chief Executive Officer Brian Silbert will lead the assignment along with Senior Vice President of Retail Services David Greenman.
Located at 370/380 W. Pleasantview Ave., the asset boasts excellent accessibility via Routes 17, 46 and Interstate 80. With more than half a million people located within a 5-mile radius, the property provides its diverse tenant roster with high traffic and visibility in one of the most densely populated areas of the state.

Tenants include Super Stop & Shop, Harmon Face Values, Juicy Platters, GNC, LabCorp, The UPS Store, and Metro by T-Mobile.
“Well-located, high-visibility, and heavily-trafficked locations remain at the top of retail tenants’ wish lists, particularly as the sector continues to recover from the economic impacts of COVID-19,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “With an extensive background in retail and shopping center leasing, we are confident that partnering with Brian and his team on this assignment will enable us to expand our unique tenant roster at Summit Plaza.”
“The Silbert leasing team is honored to have been selected and is excited about implementing our leasing strategy for this extremely well situated and stabilized supermarket anchored property,” Greenman added. “[W]e are looking forward to working closely with the senior management team within Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.”
