With five new leases signed for a total of more than 32,000 square feet, Paramus Crossroads has reached full occupancy.

On Dec. 6, Advance Realty Investors announced the new tenants are set to open at the Route 17 retail destination in early- to mid-2022.

“The challenges presented to the retail industry, particularly in the last year and a half, have been incredible and unrelenting. Despite that, today we celebrate reaching 100% occupancy at Paramus Crossroads,” said Advance Realty founder and CEO Peter Cocoziello. “This hard-earned milestone and the continued leasing success serves as true testament to the quality of the project, it’s ideal location in one of the busiest shopping locales in the state, and of course, to the ongoing hard work of both the Advance team and our project partners.”

Joining Paramus Crossroads in 2022 are:

  • Paramus Crossroads on Route 17 in Paramus.
Paramus Crossroads is located on Route 17 South, and offers accessibility from Route 17 North via a turn-around at Midland Avenue. – ADVANCE REALTY INVESTORS
