With five new leases signed for a total of more than 32,000 square feet, Paramus Crossroads has reached full occupancy.
On Dec. 6, Advance Realty Investors announced the new tenants are set to open at the Route 17 retail destination in early- to mid-2022.
“The challenges presented to the retail industry, particularly in the last year and a half, have been incredible and unrelenting. Despite that, today we celebrate reaching 100% occupancy at Paramus Crossroads,” said Advance Realty founder and CEO Peter Cocoziello. “This hard-earned milestone and the continued leasing success serves as true testament to the quality of the project, it’s ideal location in one of the busiest shopping locales in the state, and of course, to the ongoing hard work of both the Advance team and our project partners.”
Joining Paramus Crossroads in 2022 are:
Swim school franchise Big Blue Swim School, which will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet;
- Dr. Leona Kotlyar’s Family Dentistry, occupying more than 2,400 square feet of office space;
- Virtual Realty experience Sandbox VR, which will occupy approximately 7,000 square feet;
- Kids Empire children’s play center will open its 6th Garden State location — this one approximately 9,500 square feet; and
- Restore Hyper Wellness, which will occupy 3,350 square feet.
Anchored by a PGA Tour Superstore, 108,400-square-foot Paramus Crossroads is the city’s first new retail center in more than a decade, according to Advance Realty. Other recently announced retailers at the complex include Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen, Trinity Rehab, Jersey Mike’s, Urban Bricks Pizza, and TREK Bikes’ new flagship shop.
Managing Directors Dean Tselepis and Jeff Kolodkin of Newmark represented Advance for the retail space marketing at Paramus Crossroads.
